Carmen Domínguez Fernández

Graduated in Law from the University of Zaragoza in 2016.

Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the University of Zaragoza (2016–2018).

Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Advisory at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (2021), complemented by training in financial accounting.

Between 2018 and 2022, she developed her professional career in the legal department of Grupo Yolmence, a wealth management company, where she participated in the structuring of the family group’s assets, with particular focus on the taxation of investments and real estate restructuring, including succession planning.

Since 2022, she has gained experience in leading international professional services firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (EY), participating in corporate restructuring transactions, tax planning and providing comprehensive advice to multinational business groups.

In Palma, she joined the Tax Studies and Procedures Department at the tax consultancy Joan Cerdà & Associats, specialised in legal and tax advisory and tax procedure management.

She joined Lafuente Abogados in 2026.
